Joining the ACANSW
ACANSW needs your support to maintain access to the climbing areas we know and love, and to help create sustainable access in areas where climbing may currently be disallowed. With your support, ACANSW seeks to work with land managers and Aboriginal groups to ensure that climbing continues to be a sustainable and positive form of outdoor recreation, and where regulations prohibit climbing for unclear reasons, investigate these and have them amended. The organisation has regional coalitions, and there are plenty of opportunities to get involved at a regional or state level.
All funds received will be used transparently and accountably by ACANSW for protecting and developing climbing access. The organisation is a volunteer organisation.
Interstate Climbers
Whilst we naturally welcome interstate membership, we are fundamentally a New South Wales based organisation, so we would encourage interstate members to support the leading climbing advocacy body in their state.

Ongoing membership
The ongoing annual ACANSW membership is a recurring annual payment that automatically renews your support each year.
It can be canceled at any time.
With the majority of New South Wales climbing located either in State/National Parks or on private land the team at ACANSW is very excited about further negotiating access and improved conditions for outdoor participants in the spot of climbing over the next 5 years and beyond.
